Please Include: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY), Address, Phone number, Email. Please mention the status in Canada (ex. work permit, visitor or student), country of birth. Please provide me with the IME number if you have one.  We will call you back once information is received.  

The price is $210 for Adult Immigration Exam and $180 for children 14 and below, this includes immigration exam only. You may need to get blood work and chest xray for immigration medical based on your age. Xray and blood work are at different facilities. Xray cost is approximately $100 and blood work is $80 (No fasting required for blood test) and this cost is not included in the medical exam. Blood work can be done at any lifelabs facility. There is a location 5 minutes away from the clinic. Chest xray is done at West Coast imaging location in Surrey (Unit #105-8318-120 Street, Surrey, BC) No appointment needed.

On the day of your appointment:

Please bring a medication list or medication and Current Passport to the appointment also if you wear prescription glasses please bring them with you. If you have received an invitation letter from immigration, please bring it on the day of your appointment. 

A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments or same day cancellation as we need 24 hours notice. 

Please do not bring any pictures. We will be taking a picture in the office.
